Ale ako ka\u017ed\u00e1 in\u00e1 chemik\u00e1lia, aj pou\u017eitie a likvid\u00e1cia ak\u00e9hoko\u013evek odpadu obsahuj\u00faceho trojmocn\u00fd chr\u00f3m s\u00fa regulovan\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kroky chr\u00f3movania<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Chr\u00f3movanie je technika nan\u00e1\u0161ania vrstvy chr\u00f3mu na kovov\u00e9 alebo plastov\u00e9 diely, ktor\u00e1 im dod\u00e1va lep\u0161\u00ed vzh\u013ead a dlh\u0161iu \u017eivotnos\u0165. Proces galvanick\u00e9ho pokovovania chr\u00f3mom pozost\u00e1va z nieko\u013ek\u00fdch krokov, aby sa zabezpe\u010dila hladk\u00e1 a odoln\u00e1 vrstva.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Pr\u00edprava povrchu<\/h3>\n\n<p>Prv\u00fdm procesom, ktor\u00fd je potrebn\u00e9 vykona\u0165, je pr\u00edprava povrchu, aby sa zaru\u010dilo spr\u00e1vne pri\u013enutie chr\u00f3movej vrstvy. Leptanie<\/h3>\n\n<p>V pr\u00edpade nekovov\u00fdch materi\u00e1lov, ako je plast, je potrebn\u00e9 povrch vylepta\u0165, aby sa vytvoril drsn\u00fd povrch, na ktor\u00fd sa bud\u00fa viaza\u0165 nasleduj\u00face vrstvy povlaku. Katalyzovanie a ur\u00fdch\u013eovanie<\/h3>\n\n<p>V pr\u00edpade plastov\u00fdch substr\u00e1tov je v\u0161ak potrebn\u00fd katalyzuj\u00faci a ur\u00fdch\u013euj\u00faci proces, aby sa zlep\u0161il povrch pre proces elektrolytick\u00e9ho pokovovania. Oplachovanie a le\u0161tenie<\/h3>\n\n<p>Po nanesen\u00ed chr\u00f3movej vrstvy:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Oplachovanie: <\/strong>S\u00fa\u010diastky sa potom umyj\u00fa, aby sa odstr\u00e1nili v\u0161etky chemik\u00e1lie, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 e\u0161te pr\u00edtomn\u00e9 v pokovovacom k\u00fapeli.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Lakovanie:<\/strong> Pokovovan\u00fd povrch sa br\u00fasi, aby sa vyhladil a z\u00edskal po\u017eadovan\u00fd lesk. Pou\u017e\u00edva sa najm\u00e4 pre v\u00fdkonnostn\u00e9 charakteristiky, ktor\u00e9 pon\u00faka vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine aplik\u00e1ci\u00ed.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Tento typ pokovovania sa vyzna\u010duje vysokou tvrdos\u0165ou, odolnos\u0165ou proti opotrebovaniu a n\u00edzkym koeficientom trenia.
