Maj\u00ed men\u0161\u00ed korozn\u00ed a tepelnou odolnost ne\u017e austenitick\u00e9 oceli, ale jsou odoln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed proti korozn\u00edmu prask\u00e1n\u00ed. Feritick\u00e9 oceli, jako jsou typy 430 a 446, se \u0161iroce pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v automobilov\u00fdch d\u00edlech a kuchy\u0148sk\u00fdch spot\u0159ebi\u010d\u00edch.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Martenzitick\u00e1 nerezov\u00e1 ocel<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Martenzitick\u00e9 nerezov\u00e9 oceli se vyzna\u010duj\u00ed velkou tvrdost\u00ed a pevnost\u00ed, kterou lze zv\u00fd\u0161it tepeln\u00fdm zpracov\u00e1n\u00edm. Obvykle maj\u00ed hor\u0161\u00ed odolnost proti korozi ne\u017e austenitick\u00e9 a feritick\u00e9 oceli. Martenzitick\u00e9 oceli, jako jsou typy 410 a 420, se d\u00edky sv\u00fdm kal\u00edc\u00edm a popou\u0161t\u011bc\u00edm vlastnostem pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v no\u017e\u00ed\u0159stv\u00ed, chirurgick\u00fdch n\u00e1stroj\u00edch a ventilech.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Duplexn\u00ed nerezov\u00e1 ocel<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Duplexn\u00ed nerezov\u00e9 oceli maj\u00ed slo\u017een\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je sm\u011bs\u00ed austenitick\u00e9 a feritick\u00e9 f\u00e1ze. Mezi b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 t\u0159\u00eddy PH pat\u0159\u00ed 17-4 PH a 15-5 PH, kter\u00e9 se d\u00edky sv\u00e9 vysok\u00e9 odolnosti a spolehlivosti pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v leteck\u00fdch komponentech, ropn\u00fdch a plynov\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch a jadern\u00fdch reaktorech.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>V\u00fdb\u011br spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 t\u0159\u00eddy slitin nerezov\u00e9 oceli<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>SS Grade 17-4<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>T\u0159\u00edda SS 17-4 je martenzitick\u00e1 nerezov\u00e1 ocel s vysokou pevnost\u00ed a vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed odolnost\u00ed proti korozi. Schopnost t\u00e9to slitiny odol\u00e1vat nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fdm podm\u00ednk\u00e1m a vysok\u00fdm z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e\u00edm ji p\u0159edur\u010duje k pou\u017eit\u00ed v ropn\u00e9m a plyn\u00e1rensk\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu, v leteck\u00fdch turb\u00edn\u00e1ch a jadern\u00fdch reaktorech.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>SS303<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>SS303 je austenitick\u00e1 nerezov\u00e1 ocel, se kterou se velmi snadno pracuje. Nen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 drah\u00e1 a nerezav\u00ed, tak\u017ee ji spousta lid\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k v\u00fdrob\u011b matic, \u0161roub\u016f, vrut\u016f, sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed letadel a elektrick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Nelze ji v\u0161ak pou\u017e\u00edvat v mo\u0159sk\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed a zah\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm se nezpev\u0148uje.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>SS304<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>SS304 je jednou z nejobl\u00edben\u011bj\u0161\u00edch dostupn\u00fdch t\u0159\u00edd nerezov\u00e9 oceli. Nab\u00edz\u00ed vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed sva\u0159itelnost, obrobitelnost a odolnost proti korozi. Nerezov\u00e1 ocel je pevn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e m\u011bkk\u00e1 ocel, mosaz a hlin\u00edk. D\u00edky tomu je skv\u011blou volbou pro d\u00edly, kter\u00e9 mus\u00ed b\u00fdt pevn\u00e9 a dlouho vydr\u017eet.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Stabilita p\u0159i n\u00edzk\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Ur\u010dit\u00e9 druhy nerezov\u00e9 oceli jsou stabiln\u00ed i p\u0159i n\u00edzk\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch. Nap\u0159\u00edklad austenitick\u00e9 oceli si zachov\u00e1vaj\u00ed v\u00fdjime\u010dnou hou\u017eevnatost a pevnost v tahu i p\u0159i teplot\u00e1ch pod 0 \u00b0C. D\u00edky tomu je nerezov\u00e1 ocel vhodn\u00e1 pro pou\u017eit\u00ed v kryogenn\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch. Tuto vlastnost v\u0161ak nemaj\u00ed v\u0161echny t\u0159\u00eddy nerezov\u00e9 oceli, proto je rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed vybrat tu spr\u00e1vnou pro va\u0161e konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed po\u017eadavky.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Odolnost proti korozi<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Skute\u010dnost, \u017ee nerezov\u00e1 ocel nerezav\u00ed, je jednou z jej\u00edch nejlep\u0161\u00edch vlastnost\u00ed. Nerezav\u00ed ani nezanech\u00e1v\u00e1 skvrny, ani kdy\u017e je vystavena p\u016fsoben\u00ed vody, chemik\u00e1li\u00ed a vysok\u00fdch \u010di n\u00edzk\u00fdch teplot. Proto\u017ee nerezov\u00e1 ocel obsahuje chrom, kter\u00fd na vrchn\u00ed stran\u011b vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed chr\u00e1n\u011bnou vrstvu, je pevn\u00e1.
